4. How do I return a damaged/defective item? A.
Once the defect is verified we will exchange the item for the same title only. All defective items must be brought to our attention within 30 days from the date you received the item.
Please note the actual content is not a valid reason for returns/exchanges. Please be aware that budget priced DVDs can be of a lower quality and you must beware of discrepancies between box covers and actual content.
You must contact us and obtain an RMA# prior to sending in an exchange. Items sent with no RMA# will not be processed. They will be returned to you.
